Social Justice

Social justice refers to the concept of a society in which justice is achieved in every aspect of society, rather than merely the administration of law. It is generally thought of as a society which affords individuals and groups fair treatment and a just share of the benefits of society in terms of economic justice. Social justice is a movement that is working towards the realization of a world where all members of a society, regardless of background, have basic human rights and an equal opportunity to access the benefits of their society.

As part of this international movement Organization for Social Justice is working to be part of the endeavor to bring a just society in Ethiopia based on pursuit of the public interest, respect for human rights by representing the poor and the disadvantaged, the vulnerable part of the society. OSJE is established under the motto of "creating condition for people to live in dignity as human being" to help the economic development in Ethiopia have  social, political, civic, and cultural dimensions-based on international human rights and standards-in order for people to live fully in dignity as human beings.
